ESP ACCESS REQUIREMENTS

  • Access to the electrostatic filter needs to be guaranteed to ensure full maintenance and service requirements of the ESP unit.
  • Access to electrostatic filters, pre-filters electrical box needs to be clear so that the removal so it can be easily maintained.
  • All access requirements include hatches, ceiling panels, working platforms need to follow the OHS (Occupational health and safety guidelines).
  • Space required for maintenance and servicing of the AOS ESP unit is approx.
  • 800mm x 800mm hole size but may vary from each project.
  • The AOS ESP access door should be clear of any electrical wires and pipework access door should be clear at all times.
  • The Access panel should be positioned to a point where the service technician can physically access the AOS air filtration system in the commercial kitchen ventilation system.
